First the urine contamination must be located which sometimes requires the use one of our uv detection light. Once located, the urine will be treated with an ezymatic pre treatment which will digest the bacteria and proteins that cause the odor and must be allowed to dwell for at least 12 – 24 hours before cleaning. Upon return we will re treat with an oxidizing treatment, agitation followed by a thorough steam cleaning flushing and vacuuming until odor and stain are not longer detected. A deodorizing enzymatic will be applied to the carpets to further insure that the odor and stain will not return. There is not a lot of guess work when the correct science is applied to biological contamination .
